The Regional Office of Southeast Finland and Häme in Kouvola serves grant customers of the arts councils of Southeast Finland and Häme. In addition, they promote the work of artists in Kymenlaakso, South Karelia, Kanta-Häme and Päijät-Häme both domestically and internationally.

Southeast Finland currently has two regional artists in the fields of the visual arts and dance.
