Subcommittee for Public Lending Right Grants for Music
Subcommittee for Public Lending Right Grants for Music allocates grants and subsidies on the basis of applications to artists whose works have been published as sheet music or as recordings, or whose performances have been recorded. Each year approximately 60 to 65 musicians receive grants amounting to 120,000 euros in total.
The National Council for Music appoints the subcommittee for a set term on the recommendation of organisations within the field of music. The subcommittee was established in 2001.
