Online services for communities
Please note that our online services can only be accessed using desktop computers and laptops but not mobile devices.
Communities can apply for operational and special subsidies through the online services.
Please note that the online services are available in Finnish and Swedish only.
Logging in to e-services
Logging in to e-services is done through the Suomi.fi identification portal. To do so, you can use your own personal bank identifiers, mobile certificate or certificate card.
Communities may authorise a person or persons to act on their behalf. Electronic authorisations can be obtained and managed using the online Suomi.fi service. The party granting the mandate is responsible for keeping its mandates up to date. Further information about electronic authorisations is available on the Suomi.fi website.
Suomi.fi authorisations are currently possible for:
- Self-employed persons (private persons carrying on trade)
- Practitioners of agriculture and forestry
- Managing directors and persons entitled to sign individually for limited liability companies, housing corporations, limited partnerships and partnerships
- Persons in the Register of Associations entitled to sign individually for associations
For all other communities, the use of Katso authorisations shall continue until further notice.
