Customer service for grants

Customer service for grants and subsidies will be closed during the holidays from 22 December 2025 to 7 January 2026. Regular opening hours (Mondays to Thursdays, 10am-12noon) will resume on Thursday 8 January 2026. The customer service number for grants and subsidies will change on 1 January 2026. The new number is 0295 249 100.

Note: All Taike calls for applications can be found under the new Finnish Arts and Culture Agency name on the Applyforgrants.fi service.

Opening hours

Taike's customer service number for grants and subsidies is open Mondays to Thursdays from 10am to 12pm. On the final day of the application period, customer service is open from 10am to 4pm.

Remember to provide your record number (beginning with the letters TKT) when contacting us. This will help us serve you faster.
