Awarded grants and subsidies

The National Council for the Visual Arts has awarded the 2025 public display grants, a total of 960,000 euros. Public display grants were awarded to 96 artists out of 1244 who applied. Public display grants are awarded as four-month working grants, and the amount of each grant is 10,000 euros.

The Arts Council of Varsinais-Suomi has awarded a total of 210,000 euros in regional grants for 2025. Altogether 29 artists or working groups were awarded regional grants out of 299 applicants.

The Arts Council of Häme has awarded a total of 140,000 euros in regional grants for 2025. Altogether 19 artists or working groups awarded project grants out of 142 applicants.

The National Council for Literature has awarded artist grants beginning in 2026. Artist grants were awarded to 37 writers and 7 translators.

The National Council for Audiovisual Art has awarded artist grants beginning in 2026. Artist grants were awarded to 12 artists.

The Arts Council of North Savo has awarded a total of 130,000 euros in regional grants for 2025. Altogether 18 artists or working groups were awarded regional grants out of 98 applicants.

The Arts Council of Ostrobothnia has awarded a total of 140,000 euros in regional grants for 2025. Altogether 20 artists or working groups were awarded regional grants out of 134 applicants.

The Arts Council of South Savo has awarded a total of 120,000 euros in regional grants for 2025. Altogether 23 artists or working groups were awarded regional grants out of 67 applicants.

The Arts Council of Northern Ostrobothnia and Kainuu has awarded a total of 160,000 euros in regional grants for 2025. Altogether 20 artists or working groups awarded project grants out of 196 applicants.

The Arts Council of Lapland has awarded a total of 140,000 euros in regional grants for 2025. Altogether 17 artists or working groups awarded project grants out of 122 applicants.

The Arts Council of North Karelia has awarded a total of 120,000 euros in regional grants for 2025. Altogether 19 artists or working groups were awarded regional grants out of 80 applicants.
