For grant recipients (communities)

Decision and payment of grant
Taike informs all applicants in writing about the decision. The representative of the community will receive notification by e-mail once the decision is available online from the Applyforgrants.fi service. Read the grant decision carefully, as it contains important information about the use of the grant, the grant period, and terms and restrictions. The grant decision and any attachments should be forwarded to the person responsible for the funded operations or project, as well as to the person responsible for the community’s accounting.
The grant will be paid automatically to the account of your community and does not have to be requested separately. If the amount of the grant is 100,000 euros or less, it will be paid in one instalment. Larger grants will be paid in multiple instalments.
The Arts Promotion Centre Finland (Taike) and the National Audiovisual Institute (KAVI) will merge to form the Finnish Arts and Culture Agency as of 1 January 2026. Taike is the statutory government grant authority until 31 December 2025. Decisions on grants to be awarded in 2026 will be made by the Finnish Arts and Culture Agency.
