Taike’s old online services to be closed – documents can be retrieved by 15 June 2026

The closure of the old system does not require any action from customers. If they wish, customers can download information about their own closed grant cases (old applications and decisions) in PDF format by 15 June 2026.

Note: If you want to download old documents from the system, please download them to your own computer in good time. It will no longer be possible to log in to the system after 15 June 2026. The Finnish Arts and Culture Agency will not deliver old documents to customers.

How to download documents from Taike’s old online services:

• Log in to Taike’s old online services by clicking on “Online services” in the upper right corner of the www.taike.fi/en website: Online services - Previous grants and subsidies – interface in Finnish)
   

  

   

• Select Taike as the agency under “Vaihda virasto” and then “Henkilökirjautuminen” if you are acting on your own behalf. If you are acting on behalf of a community, select “Yhteisön puolesta asiointi”.

• On the “Omat hakemukset” (My applications) page you can see your applications and their status. Under "Päätetyt" (Processed) you can see all the applications that you have sent and that have been processed by Taike. The applications are listed in descending order with the one that you have sent most recently on top. You can change the order by clicking on the column headers. 

  

   

• Click on the "Siirry asian tietoihin" (See details) link to view the details for each application and download the documents to your own computer in PDF format.
