Suomen Yrittäjät – the Federation of Finnish Enterprises and the Creative Net project of the Arts Promotion Centre Finland (Taike) are organising the Eloon! tour, which brings together actors from traditional business sectors with representatives of the arts, culture and the creative industries. The goal is to come up with new solutions to the challenges of regional vitality. The tour will take place this autumn and visit Lappeenranta, Jyväskylä, Rovaniemi and Rauma.

The Eloon! tour, organized by Suomen Yrittäjät and Creative Net, will arrive in Jyväskylä September 30 to October 1. The theme of the event is "Vibrant urban centres in Central Finland". On the tour, professionals from the business and creative sectors get the chance to collaborate and come up with creative solutions to the challenges of regional vitality.

Taike is an organising an info briefing on the use and clarification of operational subsidies on Wednesday 13 March, 1pm–2pm. The info briefing will discuss the terms and restrictions of using state subsidies, as well as how to provide clarification of the use of the subsidy.

A total of 10,000 euros was awarded to one community. There were six applicants.

A total of 56,000 euros was awarded to four communities. There were 12 applicants.

Taike is an organising an info briefing on the use and clarification of special subsidies on Thursday 11 April, 1pm–2pm. The info briefing will discuss the terms and restrictions of using state subsidies, as well as how to provide clarification of the use of the subsidy.

A total of 20,000 euros was awarded to one community. There was one applicant.

A total of 75,000 euros was awarded to seven communities. There were 28 applicants.

A total of 90,000 euros was awarded in project grants. These grants were awarded to 17 applicants out of 203 who applied.

A total of 180,000 euros was awarded in project grants. These grants were awarded to 37 applicants out of 214 who applied.

In spring 2024, Taike is organising a series of workshops in Kemiönsaari aimed at increasing the production skills of artists. These free-of-charge workshops will be held at Kulturhus Björkboda and are primarily intended for local artists. In addition, artists will have the opportunity to participate in the pitching webinar in April.

The Arts Promotion Centre Finland (Taike) is distributing more than 2.1 million euros in subsidies to art and culture festivals in 2024. Altogether 80 festival organisers have been awarded a subsidy.
