Arts Promotion Centre Opening Seminar of the Year of Minorities on 29th January

In 2014 Arts Promotion Centret (Taike) emphasizes the rights of minorities as art actors and audiences. The opening seminar will be held on Wednesday 29.1.2014 at 1 – 5 pm, Taike, Vuorikatu 24, Helsinki.

The research on the status of immigrant artists within the state support system of the arts will be published in the seminar. Representatives of different immigrant artists associations will comment the research in a panel discussion directed by Pasi Saukkonen, Senior Researcher of Foundation for Cultural Policy Research CUPORE.

Inscription continues until the maximum amount of participants (80 persons) is reached or at the latest on 22.1.2014.

The chairman of the panel is Senior Researcher of Fondation for Cultural Policy Research CUPORE.
