Summer bulletin for Taike customers

Customer Service will be open for the last day before the summer break on Thursday 8 July 2021. The fifth round of COVID-19 support for the arts and culture sector is open for applications from 16 to 30 June 2021. Decisions regarding both the fifth round of COVID-19 support and artist grants will be announced by the end of August.

Summer schedule for Customer Service

Taike’s Customer Service will be available from June to August as follows:

1 June – 8 July 2021 and from 2 August onwards: Mon-Thu 10am–2pm

Customer Service will be closed 9–30 July 2021.

Starting in June, our new chatbot Taika will also be answering questions on our website related to COVID-19 support. We encourage you to try our new chatbot and also give us feedback about this new service. For the time being, the chatbot only responds to questions in Finnish.

Fifth round of COVID-19 support for the arts and culture sector 

In the fifth round of COVID-19 support, the Arts Promotion Centre Finland is distributing approximately 55 million euros to arts and professionals in the culture and creative sectors, as well as private traders and sole proprietors in the arts and culture sectors.

The application period began on Wednesday 16 June and ends on Wednesday 30 June at 4:00pm. All applicants shall receive written notification of the decision by the end of August.
