Workshop on Multilingualism and art 7.2.

Kone Foundation organizes together with Arts Promotion Centre Finland, a project workshop on multilingualism and art. The workshop is related to a grant call on the same theme, which will be organized in February-March by Kone Foundation. The event will be held on Thursday, February 7th, 2013 at 13-16 at Kone Foundation office in Helsinki.

There will be discussion on the upcoming grant application call, some case examples related to the theme will be introduced, and project ideas will be shared and developed in small groups. The event will also be a great place to network.

Funding will be available for

    - multilingual art projects, regardless of field

    - art projects which deal with the theme of multilingualism

    - projects which improve the linguistic accessibility of art

    - projects in which researchers and artists collaborate on issues related to multilingualism.
