International networks should be built for everyone’s benefit

International relations are fundamentally based on relationships between people, and the cultural sector is no exception. However, in a country the size of Finland, we should focus on building long-term networks that remain within organisations and more broadly within the industry as well, writes Maria Pirkkalainen-Barber, who worked as Taike’s Internationalisation Expert.
