This project aims to develop the occupational wellbeing of professional artists by reducing the stress of artistic work, for example by means of supervision and strengthening collegiality.

This project develops Adult Education Centre-based mediation models to promote cultural wellbeing activities. The project, which is being developed in South Ostrobothnia, aims to create models that can be applied nationwide. These models would support the accessibility of the arts and culture, especially in collaboration with social and health services (the SOTE sector).
