Higher education institutions were strongly represented in the first call for applications for projects within the Creative and Cultural Innovation Expertise ESF+ theme, and many smaller actors were left without funding. In spring 2018, we started a media art pilot project as a collaboration between the Arts Promotion Centre Finland and Helsinki’s Central Library
