Taike edistää taiteen hyvinvointivaikutuksia 300 000 eurolla

Taiteen edistämiskeskus jakoi kärkihankeavustukset kolmatta kertaa. Pohjois-Savon Sairaanhoitopiirin Kuntayhtymä sai 180 000 euroa kuuden maakunnan kulttuurihyvinvointisuunnitelman laatimiseen. Loput kolme toimijaa saivat kukin 40 000 euroa.

Liikkuvuusapurahoja esiintymiseen ja residenssityöskentelyyn ulkomailla

Taiteen moninaisuuden ja liikkuvuuden toimikunta on jakanut liikkuvuusapurahoja yli 100 000 euroa. Apurahan sai 73 taiteilijaa tai työryhmää. Hakijoita oli 307.

State prizes awarded to 16 artists

The national arts councils of the Arts Promotion Centre Finland (Taike) have awarded state prizes in the fields of architecture, cinema, the performing arts, literature, the visual arts, media art, multidisciplinary art, design, music, comics and photographic art. The value of each state prize is 14,000 euros. The prizes were awarded by Sampo Terho, Minister for European Affairs, Culture and Sport, at the Taike Gala celebrating the 50th anniversary of the arts councils that was held in Helsinki on 27 November.

Opening of Taiteen talo and Vallaton KUMOUS

The opening of Taiteen talo will be celebrated on Saturday 14 May. The event is free to all city residents. At the opening, you will be able to see and experience the contribution of the Turku cultural field extensively, and a programme for all ages is promised. As part of the opening programme, the Vallaton Kumous art festival of the Taidekahvit co-operation network will be seen.

Taike announces third call for applications for COVID-19 support beginning Friday 30 October and ending Wednesday 9 November

The third call for applications for COVID-19 support from the Arts Promotion Centre Finland (Taike) is intended for artists and private traders. The total amount allocated for this support is approximately 7 million euros. The application period ends on Wednesday 9 November at 4:00pm.
