Taike has multiple expert panels. Members of the panels are collected from members of national arts councils, regional arts councils and boards.

In March 1994 CIRCLE (Cultural Information & Research Centres Liaison in Europe) Network organised an European Round Table on the Distribution of Roles and Changing Nature of Relations between Governments and Independent or Quasi-Independent Arts Councils or Foundations. During 2020–2022, Taike distributed a total of 130 million euros in COVID-19 support to artists, professionals in the creative sectors, private traders and sole proprietors, and art associations. Altogether there were seven application rounds. More than 43,000 applications were received in total, and more than 25,000 applicants received positive decisions. Overall, 58% of applicants received funding.

A total of 13,000 euros was awarded to two communities. There were seven applicants.
