Information about internationalisation grants for the arts

These grants are intended for the individual internationalisation development projects of art communities and event organisers.

These grants are intended for the individual internationalisation development projects of art communities and event organisers throughout Finland. These grants support the reciprocity and long-term strengthening of the international networks of communities. These grants also support the sharing of international expertise and networks with the arts sector or more broadly in the operational area of the community.

These grants may be awarded to registered communities, such as associations, cooperatives, companies, municipalities and foundations.

Project grants may cover only a portion of the total funding of operations and not all costs. The call for applications specifies the percentage of eligible expenses that the grant awarded by Taike may be used to cover.

The social objective of internationalisation grants for the arts is to strengthen the international impact of communities throughout Finland. These grants focus on areas that are underserved by international funding.
