Final reports for project grants for the arts and regional grants can be submitted for the time being using a Webropol form

The Finnish Arts and Culture Agency is gradually switching to the joint Applyforgrants.fi service for government grant authorities and at the same time phasing out Taike's old online services. Accordingly, the final report form for project grants for the arts and regional grants can be submitted for the time using a Webropol form.

The change applies to individuals and working groups formed by them who have been awarded a project grant for the arts or regional grant for the period 2025–2026, the original deadline for submitting the final report is 31 December 2026. Instructions for submitting a final report and a link to the Webropol form have been sent to the e-mail address provided in the grant application from the Finnish Arts and Culture Agency’s Customer Service ([email protected]).

Note: If you have already submitted your final report using Taike's old online services, you do not need to submit the same final report again using the Webropol form. Final reports could be submitted using the old online services up until 30 April 2026.
