The Arts Promotion Centre Finland (Taike) accepts only electronic invoices that are compliant with the European Standard. The payment term for invoices is 21 days net.

Information about supplementary artist pensions

A supplementary artist pension may be awarded as recognition of an outstanding contribution to the creative or performing arts. Supplementary artist pensions are not available to artists whose permanent income from pensions and other sources exceeds a certain a limit. The application period for supplementary artist pensions is in September.

Project grants are intended for professional artists and working groups formed by them for individual projects. Private traders may also apply. The application period for project grants is in autumn.

Taike adopts principles of EU state aid regulations: de minimis aid and the General Block Exemption Regulation

The Arts Promotion Centre Finland (Taike) has adopted the decisions regarding the de minimis principle and the General Block Exemption Regulation, which form part of the European Union's state aid regulations, in subsidies for communities that can be applied for in autumn 2024.

Library grants for writers and translators are intended for writers of fiction, writers of non-fiction and translators who are currently living or have permanently lived in Finland. The application period for library grants is in January.
