Library grants for writers and translators are intended for writers of fiction, writers of non-fiction and translators of literature who are currently living or have permanently lived in Finland. The application period for library grants is in January.

Finnish Arts and Culture Agency accepts only electronic invoices that are compliant with the European Standard. The payment term for invoices is 21 days net.

The new agency carries out tasks related to the promotion of the arts and culture, media education and a safe media environment, as well as archiving and promoting knowledge of audiovisual culture.
