Grants for artists are awarded to individuals and working groups, while grants for communities are awarded to registered communities. Grants can be applied using the Applyforgrants.fi service under the new Finnish Arts and Culture Agency name.

Taike is an organising an info briefing on the use and clarification of government grants on Thursday 10 April, 10am–11am. The info briefing will discuss the terms and restrictions of using government grants, as well as how to provide clarification of the use of the grant.

This October, Taike is organising one-hour info briefings for communities applying for grants and subsidies. There will be two of these online webinars for the different forms of support. The first webinar will discuss the following types of subsidies: subsidies for promoting cultural diversity and combating racism, subsidies for promoting inclusion and cultural wellbeing, special subsidies for communities, and operational subsidies for specific artforms.
